What is the
Diaspora Program?
The Diaspora Program is an initiative created and designed by the Tobago House of Assembly to connect members of Tobago's global community with opportunities to contribute to the island's growth. Through education, investment, and global advocacy, the program's intent is to foster long-term economic, social, and cultural development of our island.
We believe in our heart of hearts that a strong diaspora program is one of the vital pieces needed in order to achieve the dream of creating, “the greatest little island on the planet”
EDUCATE TOBAGO
There’s no plan for the successful progress of people anywhere that doesn’t include an educational component. And our diaspora program is no different.
So with that idea in mind, we’re facilitating the desires of you in the diaspora to share your expertise with the people of Tobago.

Host workshops or training programs

Mentor Local Entrepreneurs
Where you offer guidance to budding entrepreneurs looking for support from those who’ve been there before.
Create remote educational opportunities
By putting on webinars or other virtual educational content that can reach a broader audience as remote educational opportunities.
